Help with SRE adoption for Tech Operations based engagements Identify and implement tools/ services that can help the engineering team to produce better software/ services more efficiently and provide recommendations Form relationships with the client's technical staff to identify new opportunities Leading the design and implementation of build, release and deployment of enterprise applications Provide technical, managerial, and technology direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation of complex solutions by making automation related recommendations for existing and new customers. Leads in the analysis of technical requirements of applications to ensure systems provide required availability, latency, scalability and efficiency. Develops the technical "vision for fault tolerance, performance enhancement and configuration management of applications, and may lead in implementation. Provide guidance on cloud native devops implementation and cost effective best practices Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of a particular area, such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Quality Testing, Software Configuration Management and Automated Platform provisioning Hands on experience with building and managing container based deployments Experience with AWS (AWS Certification is preferred) native DevOps service Application of principles, methods and knowledge of IT service management Experience in monitoring tools configuration and installation Knowledge of, and administration experience with tools such as AWS Native DevOps Services, AWS Code Pipeline, ECS/EKS, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Nexus etc. Expert proficiency in Linux system administration Expert proficiency in deploying Cloud based infrastructure. Expert proficiency in modern SCM packages (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, CloudFormation etc.). Proficiency in development programming languages is an added advantage (Java, Ruby, C/C++, Node.JS ,Python etc), database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, Redis, Aurora), and networking protocols used for the implementation of supported systems 10 or more years of progressively complex related experience.
