Job Summary

Working Knoweldge of Avaya ACD,Passport,Dailer.Sound Knowldge of Windows and Desktop.knoweldge of LAN/WAN Setup

Minimum Requirements

Diploma / BE in Electronics and Telecom. 2- 3 yrs. Total IT Experience Call center Experience , preferred. Working knowledge of Avaya ACD, Passport, Dialer Knowledge of WAN/LAN setup. Sound Knowledge of Windows Servers and Desktops Willing to work in shifts (mostly in nights) Joining date would be around 1st week of April. Salary will be paid as per IT rates.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E.
