Research Analyst Job in Nepa
Your role as our Research Analyst
As a research analyst with Nepa India s client servicing and sales team your role will involve a complete end-to-end project management. You will be responsible for entire project life cycle in primary market research space. In this role, you will apply and develop your data analysis skills across different projects and industries, using a wide range of analytics techniques and tools.
You will be working closely together with our account managers and operations support team answering clients business questions at the highest standards as well as contributing to the development of Nepa s products and solutions.
Your profile as our Research Analyst
We are looking for an individual who is structured, self-motivated and more importantly fluid. Someone who cansupport the company s growth through client-centric,accurate and timely execution and delivery of projects to clients
You need to have an experience of at least 1-2 years of Market Research experience.
A regular day for you would involve you being on top of things for the on-going projects for accounts that you are responsible for -
- Project Management: End to end project management for primary market research quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Working closely with project delivery team on questionnaire coding, link design & testing, tracking data completes for projects, quality control testing of data variables, data cleaning, coordinating and checking table outputs and charting.
- Ensuring high quality and in-time deliverable at all times
- Collaborate and support project execution team in Mumbai
- Account management: Proposal writing, Research execution & operations, Analysis planning, Report preparation and overall project monitoring
- Client Servicing: Client handling on existing accounts.
Your profile as our Research Analyst
- Experience & Passionin conducting research specifically within Media, IoT, FMCG or BFSI segments would be aplus.
- Passionate about large data sets and technical solutions with an inclination towards mathematics, statistics and high end analytics.
- Quantitative ability and propensity for market research, marketing and understanding brands.
- Proficient in using Excel and SPSS; knowledge of R or other statistical tools is a plus.
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrates strong time management skills & interest to stretch beyond the requirement to delight.
- Passion to learn, do, and try something new
- Demonstrates the ability to identify and implement ways to constantly improve project efficiency
