Neova Solutions is hiring Senior Developer/Tech Lead to work on Cloud Platform

We are looking for Senior Developers to help us dramatically expand and improve our rapidly growing product offerings. We operate in an agile manner with small, cross-functional teams who are empowered to make decisions and move quickly. Developers responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and configuring existing systems. If you are equally happy to roll up your sleeves to write code and review other team members' work, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you ll use your expertise in the Java framework to help us deploy high-quality applications.

You should have :

  • 6 - 8years experience in the design and development of SaaS products with a Java-based solution stack.

  • Proficient with any programming language: Java, Python, C, C++, Go, JavaScript

  • Hands-on on Rest API and JSON. Experience on JsonPath is a plus.

  • You have designed and built high performance, reliable, and scalable low-touch production systems

  • Solid understanding of any cloud platform AWS/Azure/GCP.

  • You have mentored other developers and love doing it.

  • You are a team player, possess strong collaboration skills, and are always looking to push boundaries.

  • You understand the existing code and cherish the opportunity to enhance/refactor it.

  • You understand the role of documentation and its importance in organizational scalability.

  • You thrive in open environments that encourage education, cooperation, and teamwork.

  • You have a passion for learning and adopting new technologies with a focus on finding the right tool for the job.


    • You'll do :

  • Write scalable, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code.

  • Performs architectural design of complex software applications and system components.

  • Develops and implements unit and integration testing strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product, Engineering, QA, and Operation teams, both onsite and remote to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Leadership and Team Management.

  • Take ownership of one or more core components and modernize it.

  • Embrace and promote a can-do attitude toward solution delivery.

  • Analysis of the production defects, Coding, and Unit Testing on the fixes.

  • Evangelize good code and solid engineering practices.

    • Preferred Technical Skills:

    Anyone programming language(Java, Python, C, C++, Go, JavaScript), JSON, JsonPath, REST API, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Maven, Git.
