Team Lead / Tech Lead - Ms Dot Net Job in Neosoft Technologies

We are looking for candidates at Team Lead / Tech Lead position who can design, develop and maintain ASP.NET web applications using MVC principles. You will be responsible for end-to-end development activities which include but not limited to, requirement gathering, technical solution provision, and implementation, feasibility checks and pre/post-deployment activities.

• Work closely with the Business development team, and clients to understand and analyze the requirements.
• Architect, Design, Develop & Document Technical Solutions.
• Implementation, Customization, and Maintenance of Asp.NET MVC based applications.
• Translate application storyboards/wireframes and use cases into functional applications.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.
• Develop a standard set of unit test cases with the help of existing .net provided/supported frameworks.
• Work independently to resolve issues and assist team members.
• To learn, train and cope up with the ever-changing technology requirements in Asp.NET, MVC and related platforms.
• To demonstrate the leadership qualities by managing the team of .net developers.

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 6+ years of development experience in Asp.NET MVC 4/5/6 with C#/VB.NET.
• Hands-on experience with Angular JS/2.0+ and/or React JS and/or Vue.js
• Minimum 1 yr of hands on experience with .NET CORE
• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns and SOLID Principles.
• Must possess strong exposure with at least one of the Cloud platforms such as MS Azure / AWS / GCP
• Hands-on experience with MVC Code First & Database First approach
• Should have experience of working with at least one ORM Tools like Entity Frameworks / Linq / Hibernate etc.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services / REST APIs using WCF / Web API
• Proficiency inJavaScript, JQuery, JQuery UI, Ajax
• Experienced at writing SQL Queries / Stored Procedures / UDFs / CTEs etc. with Database like MS SQL, Oracle, My SQL, etc.
• Experienced in unit testing, tools and practices
• Thorough withVersioning tools like TFS, SVN, GIT
• Knowledge of basic Administrative activities like Website deployment with IIS, database backup-restore, etc.
• Knowledge of CMS Solutions like Umbraco / Sitefinity / SiteCore / DNN / Orachard etc. will be an addedadvantage.
• Experience with any third-party tools like DevExpress / Kendo UI etc. is preferred
• Microsoft / AWS certified solution architect will be added advantage
• Good to have hands on experience of Agile/Scrum practices
