Oracle Pl / Sql Developer Job in Neosoft Technologies

We are looking for experienced Oracle PL / SQL developers who can handle Database Designing, Performance Tuning, Query Optimization and perform basic administration activities.

• Work closely with the Business Development team andclients to understand and analyze their requirements.
• Architect, design, develop & document database solutions.
• Perform database designing as per the functional requirements described in the SRS / BRD.
• Performance monitoring and tuning for the complex queries/procedures.
• Execute query optimizations for long-running queries.
• Managing data consistency.
• Design, build, manage, document data transformation packages.
• Work independently to resolve issues as well asassist team members.
• To learn, train and cope up with the ever-changing technology requirements in Oracle and related platforms.

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 4 years of development experience in Oracle 8i / 9i / 10g / 11g and/or higher versions of Oracle.
• Sound experience in database designing with normalization concepts will be valued.
• Proficiency in database indexing and partitioning concepts will be appreciated.
• Expertise in writing PL SQL Queries/ Stored Procedures / UDFs/ CTEs etc.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Query Optimization and Performance Tuning.
• Skillful knowledge to writequeries/procedures using Joins, Temp Tables, Cursors, Triggers will be considered valuable.
• Possess the capability tohandle large database size (min 1mln records) is a must.
• Understandingof basic administrative activities like database backup-restore, schedulers, etc. is preferable.
• Knowledge of standard database documentation practices.
• Familiarity working with other RDBMS databases like MS SQL, My SQL, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Strong experience working with database monitoring tools.
• Experience with BFSI & Pharma Domain will be helpful.
