Creative - Team Lead Job in Neosoft Technologies

Looking for a team leader who will provide leadership and direction for a team of designers. Understand the performance side of design, and also the business aspects.

• Experience in managing or leading design teams, provide direction and mentorship for a team.
• Experience working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work.
• Collaborate closely with Product Leadership to define features and contribute to the overall direction of the given product area.
• Ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams.
• Implement culture and principles within the group, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Should have a solid understanding of design systems.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with design systems and principles (Color Theory, Typography).
• Strong user experience at various stages of the design process (Wireframes, User Journeys, Storyboards, Mockups, and/or High Fidelity Prototypes).
• Hands-on knowledge of mobile guidelines,new UI trends, etc.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of visual designers, information architects, and UX designers.
• Drive projects from start to finish by collaborating with marketing and engineering partners.
• Understandingthe user-centered design process will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
