Job Summary
Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech
Background, Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience in selling Application Software Products (Candidate with experience in selling Autodesk AEC Solutions OR other AEC CAD products, will be preferred)
- Generating new accounts, obtaining new orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
- Customize content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer & their segment
- Focused sales efforts - Studying existing and potential business opportunities
- Complete quotes in a timely and accurate fashion
- Represent Neilsoft in a positive & professional way
- Maintain accurate contact records
- Regularly follow up on quotations and sales leads
- Utilize support staff to improve effectiveness of efforts
- Make good value judgments
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports - Daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information related pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
