Experience and well knowledge about VPN, RDP, Tally and File sharing Servers.
Knowledge about VoIP like Vonage, Ringcentral, Skype or 8x8.
Basic understanding of cloud like AWS, GCP and Azure.
Able to handle MS Office Packages excel, word and Outlook.
Strong working knowledge of Cpanel management.
Strong knowledge of database management local DB and cloud.
Basic understanding of webservers and application servers.
Ready to available 24X7 support.
Good communication skill.
