Job Summary
Qualification : Bachalor, Master
Main responsibilities:
- Providing technical solutions to new and existing customers
- Actively driving and managing the presales/solution designprocess with direct and channel customers
- Must be able to articulate the company s technology, product, and service portfolio, and position them to both business and technical users
- Working with various internal teams for solutions and advertisements
- Preparingsolutions (SOW/LLD/HLD)
- Preparing advertisements
- Providingtechnical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying the customer s technical and business requirements
- Supporting business sales teams on proposal activities and pricing
Individual responsibilities:
- Attending meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Creatingand confidently delivering technical presentations both internally and externally
- Performing technical development for bespoke solutions as part of design and development frameworks
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved
- Creatinginternal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the fields of Engineering and/or Technology
- Min 5-8 Years of work experience with reputabletelco or systems integrator
- In-depth working knowledge of the ICT business within the networking and telecom domains
- Certifications CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP are desirable
- Working knowledge of SDN, NFV, SD-WAN is desirable
- Previous experience of requirements gathering, design, and solution building, as well as the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory
- Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with technical andcommercial departments such as sales, operations, and product development
- Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
- Project management experience a distinct advantage
