Job Description Key Responsibilities For The Position: Collaborating with team members to translate Clients? Engineering Requirements into elegant working software. Developing within an Agile Environment by working closely with other members of the Agile Team on a daily basis. Designing and implementing code change. Interact with client representatives & stakeholders including end users and map business needs to technical requirements Prepare documentation on requirements, architecture and design Thorough review capabilities with a good knack to anticipate technical risks and roadblocks Helping in recruitment, ongoing training and research system to ensure high-quality substance and capabilities in the entire team Technical evaluation of prospects? requirement and helping team to develop estimate Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem. About You Well versed with web technologies both front end and back end 8+ years experience in web technologies like Reactjs/Nodejs/typescript Should have good experience with database like Mongodb Should have good knowledge of web architecture design Experience in scalable development and deployment of webapps on Azure or AWS Should have good experience in executing projects into web Should have good problem solving skills Should be able to do estimates Should have good experience into requirement gathering Should have prior experience in team management Open and willing to learn and grasp new technologies Knowledge of Azure/Devops will be added advantage Take ownership of assigned tasks.. Be proactive and take keen interest in grabbing opportunities. Fluent in verbal and written communication
