Responsibilities:

• Able to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays as critical projects demand.
• Able to be decisive when faced with problems and making decisions while managing priorities
• Ensure customer maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Adhere to Incident escalation via supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Participate in shift hand off calls for critical issues and upcoming maintenance to the next on shift team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Oracle Application DBA.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing Oracle DB focused projects like upgrades , implementation and migration
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organized, ability to manage and prioritize workload and work independently.
• Ability to demonstrate previous Project execution expertise in:
• a. ERP R12 , R12.2 upgrade
• b. Database Upgrade 11g,12c, 18
• c. JDE-Database migration project to cloud
• d. ERP- migration project to cloud
• e. OBIEE upgrade
• f. Agile upgrade.
• g. vertex upgrade.
• h. Project Execution and Planning. i. Project Delivery via agreed timeline.

• a. Scripting : Perl, Python, C Shell, Bourne Shell, Korn shell, Powershell
• b. OS: HP-UX, OEL, AIX, Solaris, Windows
• c. Oracle DBMS: 11g, 12c, RAC, Enterprise Edition, OEM,
• d. SQL DBMS: SQL 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018
• e. Oracle EBS: 10.x, 11.x, 12.x.
• f. Middleware: OBIEE, Hyperion, SSO, UPK, Demantra, Vertex, SOA, APEX, VCP
• Any exposure to Infor, EBS, JDE, Peoplesoft applications would be advantageous.
• Experience in working across Public (OCI , AWS) and Private Cloud Data Center platforms.
• Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation.
