Sap Sales & Distribution - Senior Job in Navisite India Pvt. Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have relevant experience of 5 to 10 years with 1 year of SAP CRM experience
• To be part of the Application support team and contribute to solution design as Logistic solution and should know all processes in Sales and distribution
• CRM knowledge is expected upto customer service and Issue management
• Have worked on support of S4 applications for Global customers.
• Have experienced customer facing functional consultant and have experience in solving business problems
• Analysis of business requirements and identify gaps in current and to-be solution
• Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support and User training)
• Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
• Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
• Establish good relationships with internal and external teams
• Outcome oriented - maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives
• Precise approach to project management and procedures
• Understands delivery within a fixed price model and able to operate effectively within those constraints
• Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure
• Receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
• Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area
• Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for his /her work

Requirements:

• SAP SD Senior should have at least 5 years of SAP experience SD
• Should have good knowledge of SAP SD core process of Order to cash and integration with core SAP modules
• Should have experience to manage SAP CRM processes to an extent of Customer service and issue management
• Should have experience in design, configuration and testing of core SD modules e.g.
o SAP SD-MD - Master Datao SAP SD-CAS - Sales Supporto SAP SD-SLS - Saleso SAP SD-SHP - Shippingo SAP SD-TR - Transportationo SAP SD-BIL - Billingo SAP SD-GF General Sales Functionso SAP CRM
• Should have experience in troubleshooting, investigates, analyses and solved SD related issues
• Experience of working in support project with onsite offshore model
• Good communication skill. Ready to work in shifts
• Knowledge / Working experience in Design, configuration and testing of
o SAP SD-EDI - Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)o SAP LE - Logistic Executiono SAP ATP- available to promise SAP SD Certification- good to have
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework and support Processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
• Knowledge of working with any standard Ticketing tool.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and Client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Can conceptualize and communicate Business relevant solutions
• Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas
• Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally on occasion
• Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload
