Jde Finance - Intermediate Job in Navisite India Pvt. Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Functional support for moderate to complex queries and issues from end users which may involve one or more of the following:
• a. Providing users with work arounds
• b. Troubleshooting or debugging with developers
• c. Proposing SQL fixes to database tables
• d. Identifying ESUs or liaising with Oracle for bug fixes
• Identification and resolution of JDE system errors
• Application setup and process refinement
• Update and maintenance of JDE configuration
• Guidance to users to follow correct JDE procedures
• Proactive and reactive maintenance of JDE systems from a Functional perspective
• Monitoring of key customer integrity reports
• Project specification and testing of new customized JDE applications or modifications to existing JDE applications
• Creating CRP scripts, IT Script, Testing & UAT Support
• Training/Setup

Requirements:

• Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in an application support or consulting capacity
• Should have experience in JDE tools release either -9.0/9.1 or 9.2
• Functional experience for JDE projects (upgrade/ implementation/ bug fix/ enhancement)Good knowledge in Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets)Knowledge of Distribution (Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Management) & Manufacturing will be a plus
• Candidate should have college degree in a related field, preferably in commerce stream
• Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation
