Job Summary Objective:Velocity Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Consultant - Infor M3 Functional. This position will be responsible for Infor M3 applications running on various operating systems and associated subsystems in test and production servers/environments. This individual will provide customers with the implementation of Infor customer order and service modules. The implementation consultant leads all phases of the project execution including requirements gathering, design, application configuration, gap analysis, business process testing, user education and business communication.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct user interviews, plant/office tours, process reviews, meetings, workshops for fully understanding of business requirements
    • Understand customer specific requirements and M3 standard features in the customer order and service modules
    • Provide in-depth gap analysis documents especially in legal, regulation, taxation and reporting needs
    • Providing Infor M3 functional specifications based on business requirements or providing the combined functional and technical specifications
    • Provide additional M3 configurations and /or refine the existing application configurations
    • Work with the project manager, tech lead, solution architect and technical designers for finding the best possible solutions
    • Focus on process improvement and minimize customizations
    • Manage and contain the functional scope in the customer order and service management areas
    • Build prototype solutions for user validation
    • Performing unit test prior to the solution delivery
    • Provide process and solution testing
    • Provide issue resolution
    • Assist users in pilot testing scenarios and testing activities
    • Provide quality assurance in user testing resultsProvide user education and knowledge transfer
    • Executing project activities in accordance with the project plan, by the specified dates, by acceptable quality standards and by the specific budget
    • Ensuring that professional and appropriate communication with customers and project team members, and status reporting practices are followed for all project activities
    • Attending Project Meetings and user meeting
    • Maximize the revenue generation

Requirements:

    • Candidate should have 5 to 7 years experience and training in Infor M3 software business applications
    • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Experience playing key role in full life cycle implementations
    • Excellent organization/time management skills
    • Ability to support/work in a multi-user/multi-client environment on different platforms
    • Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and processing
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines in non-standard hours, weekends/holidays
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize support/maintenance for multiple customers on different environments
    • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and act as a knowledge expert
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Leverage Digital and Remote Working options
    • Plan for regular travel associated to the Project withstanding the Pandemic, Starting in Q2 of 2021 and beyond
    • Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation
