Job Summary Objective:Velocity is expanding their Infor Lawson capabilities at Infor India CoE in the M3 domain. Infor LoB is seeking good candidates for Infor M3 administration.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the installation of Core M3, Infor OS, Streamserve, MEC, MAK, LCM and other ancillary products
    • Handle incoming issues from Global M3 customers which are reported electronically via a ticketing system
    • Accurately describe and maintain the status of each issue entered in an issue database.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents /problems
    • Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise
    • Actively work with cross functional teams
    • Write and maintain process documentation
    • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • After-hours coverage for critical issues as needed
    • Monitor the dashboards and work towards continual improvement in service delivery

Requirements:

    • The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and experience, or abilities deemed necessary to achieve success in this position.4+ years of experience in Installing and Administering Windows server 2003/8, Powershell Scripting, Installation and Administration of Windows Services like AD, ADC, RODC, DNS, File Server, WDS, WSUS, AD CS, Clustering, NLB, Terminal Server, MDT, Administration of VMWare and Windows Hyper-V, Installation and Administration Exchange 2007.
    • Experience with Windows client and server platforms.
    • Working knowledge of Windows security.Familiar with basic networking and communication protocols.
    • Experience in installation & admin of Ming.le and Sharepoint Foundation 2010, 2013
    • Experience in installation & admin of Infor ION will be preferred.
    • Good Knowledge/Experience on downloading and installing patches, managing databases, upgrading services, etc.
    • Good understanding of networking.
    • Good understanding about RDBMS with some experience with MS SQL.
    • Experience working as a data systems administrator.
    • Experiences or knowledge in IBM iSeries administration will be ideal.
    • Previous customer support experience with any ERP system support (preferably multiple clients handling).Proficiency in any ERP System Administration.Experience with web-based application stacks.Working knowledge of server and application virtualizations.
    • Experience conducting backups, restores, and troubleshooting ERP issues.
    • Strong appetite for knowledge and desire to learn & excel
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and has potential to lead the team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Positive attitude, dedication and consistency are the key parameters
    • Knowledge / Experience in Installation, Upgrade and Administration of Websphere 7.0 / 8.5 will be an added advantage.
    • Should be able to troubleshoot Smart office, Subsystems, Auto jobs, events, Ad Hoc reports, etc.BE (any stream) or Science graduate
    • Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation
