Job Summary Objective:Navisite is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team. We re looking for a super-talented, power-user of design programs and essential tools to create compelling visual content that will engage our customers, prospects, the media and other audiences. In addition to creative skills, the Graphics Designer should have personal qualities that are key to working in a successful, deadline-driven team environment, such as an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to communicate and collaborate well with team members across the company. The Graphics Designer will report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

    • Design and layout marketing content, such as eBooks, white papers, spec sheets, newsletters, banner ads, eblasts, ads, web pages, trade show graphics and more
    • Design presentation slides for sales, executive leadership, etc.
    • Manage multiple projects at once and be able to deliver creative on time, to the highest standards of excellence, with a meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate with teams and stakeholders across the company to understand their requirements and quickly produce creative that exceeds expectations
    • Maintain brand standards to ensure the cohesiveness of creative and visuals throughout all corporate channels and mediumsManage and maintain new design templates to support different types of collateral
    • Design, edit, proof and maintain libraries for collateral, photography, sales enablement, iconography and corporate branding

Requirements:

    • Degree in Graphic Design is preferred with 5 years of experience
    • The Graphic Designer must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of graphic design software and platforms, as well as the basic elements of typography and design.
    • Experienced designer and power user of Adobe Creative Cloud, with exceptional skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
    • Strong knowledge of editing and designing within Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
    • Fluent in English, with the ability to easily communicate and collaborate with company executives and team members
    • Flexible and be willing to work off-hours to overlap (to some degree) with East Coast U.S. working hours
    • Understanding of layout, design and typography
    • Basic knowledge of video editing software, WordPress and HTML is a plus
    • Portfolio of past work is required
    • Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation

    • Excellent Written and Verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects
    • Multi-tasking ability to work across projects, clients
