Responsible for installing, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software systems; 2. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking; 3. Creating users, security groups, computer accounts, and GPO policies in AD; 4. Creating email troubleshoot O365 related issues; 5. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments; 6. Configure and Manage Layer 2 network switches; 7. Configure and Manage Wireless Access Points; 8. Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of corporate users; 9. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems; 10. Manage file servers and printer servers; 11. Manage hardware and software assets; 12. Assist users in connecting Video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Webex, etc; 13. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems; 14. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions; 15. Conduct remote troubleshooting; 16. Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue; 17. Customize desktop applications to meet user needs; 18. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel; 19. Follow up to ensure their systems are functional; 20.
