Job Summary POSITION Sr. Manager / AGM DEPARTMENT HR LOCATION Hyderabad EXPERIENCE 5+ Years QUALIFICATION Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation JOB DESCRIPTION Organizational Structure Update the organizational structure inline with actual manpower allocation after consultation with HODs, in line with the approved design and management thought process. Check and validate allocation of manpower, as per defined organizational structure, and follow defined process in case of any job rotation.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Communicate vacancies with recruitment team, along with role & hiring criteria, and interview candidates in order to ensure the right cultural and role fit Induct new members in the cultural aspects, and support in onboarding & settling down Conduct regular meetings of new members with respective HODs regarding their performance/potential and ensure feedback & communication during confirmation process.Management & Operational Culture Attend regular departmental review meetings, assess people issue related to the operational gaps and strengthen people practices ensuring process outcomes emulates management expectations w.r.t formats, analysis, action plans etc. Plan for resources at the time of manpower planning process, communicate with counterparts, and ensure resource allocation to people and functions as per business requirementPeople Development Discuss developmental needs of teams with HODs, prepare training calendar and get approval from management Monitor team member progress post training and escalate the findings Discuss role enhancements/rotations with HODs in order to develop people, in line with the current and future organizational needs Identify high performers and ensure adequate growth opportunities for them, through special assignments, role changes etc. Discuss cultural issues with HODs and put efforts by counselling, team sessions to minimize the gapsRecognition & Engagement Define criteria for each department/process and appreciate high performers at various platforms monthly meetings, team meetings etc. Take exit interviews and discuss attrition analysis with HODs, and jointly take appropriate actions to manage the same CANDIDATE PROFILE Must have sound understanding of strategizing and implementing best HR practices and policies Must have exposure of people lifecycle management from talent attraction to retention Must have exposure to people management, HR analytics and data management skills Be a peoples person with proven influencing abilities and having gogetting attitude Be willing to go to the ground level to understand the organization culture and job roles Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentations skills Must have strategic thinking with high emotional quotient Must have counselling skills with demonstrated results that align people strategies to business strategies
