Join us as a Quality Analyst If you have a keen eye for detail, this could be the role for you, as you ll make sure that only well-designed work packages get through quality testing You ll make sure that decisions are based on robust data, return on investment and value measures that demonstrate thoughtful cost management Everyday you'll experience excellent opportunities for progression and developing your analyst capabilities We're offering this role at associate vice president level What you'll do As a Quality Analyst, you ll work closely with the test manager and project team to make sure financial crime methods and standards are complied with, while identifying and reporting testing risks and issues, assisting where appropriate to undertake actions. Alongside this, you'll make sure that all test plans are delivered, progress is recorded, all faults are identified and reported, and modifications are received and tested and associated documentation is updated. Furthermore you ll be: Using your testing expertise in key workstreams, working within the full end-to-end project lifecycle and governance processes Working in conjunction with quality automation specialists in writing automated tests and analysing the results Delivering tests on a continuous basis triggered automatically by change events and minimising the execution time for the automated tests to obtain quick feedback Understanding the customer- and human-centric designs and driving the quality of your team's work to constantly improve the solutions and enhance our customers' experiences Making sure defects are prioritised based on impact and resolved at the earliest moment, ensuring customer outcomes are delivered right first time The skills you'll need We re looking for someone with a proven application of testing methodologies, including a range of Agile testing methods, such as test-driven development and behaviour-driven development. You ll also have experience with a wide range of testing automation tooling. As well as an understanding of how to handle audits, you ll need experience of the systems development lifecycle and how to deliver testing activities in a technology or IT function. Additionally, we ll be looking for: Practical experience of testing ideas, products, designs, planning and delivery Experience in functional and non-functional testing, such as system integration, user, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration and back-out The ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature, platform, domain and enterprise teams, with a focus on business outcomes The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
