Job Purpose

This is a techno-functional role to bridge the gap between technical implementation team and the end users of the various software applications that exist in Exchange.

Job Responsibilities

1. Writing unambiguous, requirements to a testable level (functional and non-functional requirements) 2. Modeling process, systems and data to a logical level, user interface design, and prototyping, decision tables/trees, data flows using agreed standards 3. Provide Subject matter expertise (SME) in the area served 4. Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and communication using agreed techniques, frameworks and methodologies 5. Ensuring Requirements Sign offs and Business User Sign Offs 6. Identify opportunities for process and system improvements 7. Creating business cases and costs benefit analysis
