Job Summary
  • Work closely with the technical partner and GTM team to ensure the product design delivers on the promise and provides a premium user/learning experience.
  • Enhance platform engagement by integrating learnings from similar products and similar product principles.
  • Improve and create an report formats that measure platform performance and leverage content, engagement campaigns and to create comprehensive platform solution in order to provide a superior user experience and continuous learning and engagement on the portal.
  • Ensure accuracy of data flows for correct and complete reports.
  • Maintain relationships in the technical partner organization to implement all enhancements, changes and bug fixes as per timelines.
  • Ensure user feedback is constantly assessed and included in ongoing enhancement of user journey and experience on the platform.
  • Provide oversight to integration with various third parties such as content partners, assessment partners, program partners to ensure that data flows enable accurate execution and reporting.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience.
  • Experience of working on a large scale platform and managing large programs, learning solutions for 2 or more years.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player.
  • An innate attention to detail.
  • Preferred knowledge of Modern security practices , API platform design and data architectures.
