Job Summary
- Develop strategic alliances with various stakeholders:
- Government State or Central
- Educational Institutes Universities/Colleges
- Training Partners Funded and Non-Funded courses
- Planning and execution of Projects across these stakeholders.
- Building Positive relationship with corporates in the region to:
- Understand and capture the demand for various job roles.
- Onboard them on RPL and Apprenticeship Schemes.
- Increase placement of certified candidates.
- Increase FutureSkills platform adoption.
- Conduct Focused Group Discussion around Content creation.
- Periodic reporting, analysis and reviews with management.
- Extensive travel within a region (one or more States).
- 6 to 8 Years Experience.
- Engineering Graduate, MBA Preferred.
- Proven experience in Relationship management.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
- Negotiation/Influencing Skills.
- Local Language added advantage.
