Job Summary Nasdaq Technology is looking for a Senior QA Test Analyst with focus on Automation, to join the Bangalore technology center in India. Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts a range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards, development specifications or client requirements.
  • Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
  • Collaborates with internal or external team members to plan different forms of applicable test phases; to ensure that applicable test phases are successfully completed and documented and there is a plan for problem resolution.
  • When specializing in QA, develops and maintains the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures and methods.

We expect you to have

  • Has the ability to automate the Web, Mobile platform based application test cases using Selenium.
  • Expertise in frameworks and tools like Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, SQL etc.
  • Experience in types of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI/UX, cross-browser, cross platform, integration, etc.
  • Experience in creating test Strategies, test plans, traceability matrixes, Checklists, test cases from Business
  • Requirements/Specifications for QA and User groups.
  • Creates, executes and maintains tests according to test scripts and test plans.
  • Is required to test either front end or back end software components (or both) and apply industry best practice.
  • Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, and debugs software solutions.
  • Reports issues found back to development and/or project management teams and/or implementation teams.
  • May be required to develop and maintain testing tools to be used by the broader team.
  • May also specialize in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and/or Process Improvement.
  • Education Required: Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Required: At least 4 +years
  • Special Qualifications: Is gaining specialist certifications in QA/Testing methodology.
