Job Summary

Responsible for liaising with IPD & OPD patients, ensuring a hassle-free patient experience, coordinating with different medical departments, and creating a favourable customer experience at NH.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, identify and address patients at the entrance in a professional manner.
  • Help patients in registering/ billing / escort the Cash & TPA patients to service areas.
  • Escort and assist patients requiring special attention
  • Accompany patients throughout their hospital stay.
  • Coordinate patient movement between different departments like radiology, lab, pharmacy, billing, discharge etc.
  • Assist patients in getting further treatment and admission as advised by the treating doctor.
  • Be available and accessible on mobile phone as a single point of contact for assigned patients.
  • Follow up with patients and staff to ensure that all queries and processes are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collect feedback from patients & escalate report to customer care supervisor for taking corrective measures.
  • Be an ambassador for the NH culture and ensure that patients receive a world class customer experience in our hospital
  • Candidate Requirements:

    Skills:

  • 1. People-friendly personality
  • 2. Ability to communicate effectively
  • 3. Good coordination skills
  • 4. Quick learner and able to familiarize oneself with hospital workflows
  • 5. Multilingual, speak at least 2 Indian languages
  • 6. Ability to work hard and long hours
