Job Summary

POSITION DESCRIPTION - India based Senior sales ManagerInitial Product responsibilities include domestic sales of products. Expanding to international MarketsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-Visit customer sites. Generate customer-specific quotations and costing Able to negotiate contracts with customers Market Research and Business Analysis skills required Ability to develop market analysis reports on new products and develop a sales strategy. which including product costing, demand analysis, major customers and competitive analysis of current producers.Collect costing date and calculate product setback reports using raw materials, packaging, and freight and currency exchange numbers.Identify and evaluate current producers or toll manufacturers for products that we wish to export but do not want to produce internally.Ability to manage export logistics and work with freight forwarding agents.SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT - Should be well aware of General Safety measures and environment awareness.PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Should Possess Good Health, physical fit to travel domestically and internationally.COMPUTER SKILLS - Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Internet, and Mails.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification - B.E. Chemical / Science Graduate with MBA Marketing. Experience- Minimum 10-15 Years of experience in sales, Business development, and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain salesComputer knowledge and have been exposed to international travel and customers is essential. Should take initiative, Global Business Perspective, Teamwork, Leadership and Customer Focus.PERSONALITYLogical thinkers, assertive someone who has drive and passion for business, self motivated, Good Communication Skills

B.B.A, B.Tech/B.E., MBA/PGDM

Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
