Job Summary

Responsibilitie :

  • To attend all walk-in enquiries at the site/office
  • Responsible for all the sales activities for the assigned site
  • Pitching of projects to the potential clients & showing them the Site
  • Converting all enquires to clients
  • Following-up with enquiries
  • Taking bookings at site
  • Attending property exhibitions, conferences and corporate meetings
  • To work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company s target.
  • Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.
  • Contribution in producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients/ Corporates and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
  • To co-ordinate with the sales Manager to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales review and revenue update.
  • To attend monthly sales meetings
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager/Seniors

Qualification:

  • Smart, energetic candidate with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
  • MBA Marketing with 2to 4 years experience in residential sales.
