Job Summary
Responsibilitie :
- To attend all walk-in enquiries at the site/office
- Responsible for all the sales activities for the assigned site
- Pitching of projects to the potential clients & showing them the Site
- Converting all enquires to clients
- Following-up with enquiries
- Taking bookings at site
- Attending property exhibitions, conferences and corporate meetings
- To work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company s target.
- Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.
- Contribution in producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients/ Corporates and providing them the utmost customer service.
- Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
- To co-ordinate with the sales Manager to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales review and revenue update.
- To attend monthly sales meetings
- Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager/Seniors
Qualification:
- Smart, energetic candidate with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- MBA Marketing with 2to 4 years experience in residential sales.
