WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FORTHIS ROLE:

• Relevantexpertise in C#, .Net framework/.Net core, Web Services/WCF/Web API,ASP.Net/MVC.
• Strongknowledge of JavaScript, OO JavaScript (ES6 onwards), HTML5/CSS, OOA and OODConcepts
• Experiencein Relational Database: SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle, Cloud Platform:Amazon/Azure/Google Cloud
• Experiencein Testing Frameworks (Web): MSTest/NUnit/Jasmine/Karma/Mocha, Repositories:Git/SVN/TFS
• Knowledgeof high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile softwaredevelopment cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source controlmanagement, build processes, testing, and deployment
• Fundamentalknowledge of design patterns
• Experiencein communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and managementto collect requirements, describe software product features, and technicaldesigns
• Passionateabout building great solutions
• Mentoringthe team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable forhigh standards of delivery
• Being ableto understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to applythese learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios

• Writing andreviewing great quality code
• Understandingfunctional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in thecontext of the project
• Envisioningthe overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements,and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determiningand implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enablingapplication development by coordinating requirements, schedules, andactivities.
• Being ableto lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating,understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task,and being able to justify it
• Addressingissues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with amindset of continuous improvement
• Givingconstructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping theteam in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming upwith solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being ableto justify the decision taken
• Carryingout POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
