Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in software development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in C# with extensive experience in .NET development.
  • SharePoint Expertise: Extensive experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and hands-on administration of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • DevOps Knowledge: Proficient in Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
  • Business Solutions: Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for creating business solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Understand the client s business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into technical designs that meet needs elegantly.
  • Requirements Mapping: Map decisions to requirements and communicate these to developers.
  • Solution Identification: Identify various solutions and narrow down the best option to meet client requirements.
  • Guideline Definition: Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFR) during project implementation.
  • Documentation: Write and review design documents outlining the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design for developers.
  • Architecture Review: Evaluate architecture and design for aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Solution Development: Develop and design solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements, defining appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Technology Integration: Understand technology integration scenarios and apply insights in projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues raised during code reviews through systematic root cause analysis and justify decisions made.
  • Proof of Concept: Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate that suggested designs and technologies meet requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
