• 9-13 years of strong eCommercearchitecture and development experience, 5+ years of experience on the Hybrisplatform.
• Strong experience inHybris-core, Hybris-Commerce, Hybris -B2C-Accelerator / Hybris-B2B-Accelerator, Hybris-frontend, Hybris-OCC, Hybris-Search, CockpitCustomizations, SOLR Customization
• Knowledge of two or more modules- Hybris-PIM, Hybris-Promotions, Hybris-OMS,Hybris -Travel-Accelerator, Hybris-Marketing
• Good in Java 8 or higher, SpringFramework-Core, Spring Framework-MVC
• In-depth knowledge of the Hybrisplatform and the out of the box capabilities and components.
• Experience in CMS, B2B/B2C withexpertise in building scalable, high performing and robust internetapplications
• Expertise in differentarchitecture frameworks such as MVC, AJAX, JavaScript, MVVM etc and thetrade-offs
• Experience and mastery of cloudenabled services / applications
• Expertise in architecture &development application and platform components based on SOA architecture
• Experience working with multiplelevels of skillsets Expert in creating solution architecture documents andbeing able to present them to technical and non- technical audiences
• Proficient in communicating anddriving technology solutions that support business objectives
• Ability to work effectively andmanage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as alllevels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking,problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills in differentdisparate technologies and environments
• Enthusiastic about different areas ofwork and exploring new technologies

• Writing and reviewing greatquality code
• Understanding the clientsbusiness use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in totechnical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions withrequirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutionsand being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clientsrequirements
• Defining guidelines andbenchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing designdocument explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design ofthe application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture anddesign on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns,user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices arefollowed
• Developing and designing theoverall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; anddefining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relatingtechnology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues that are raisedduring code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause,and being able to justify the decision taken
