Critical Responsibilities :

  • Analysis of the customer complaint Data, coordinate with stake holders for POA
  • Study the VOC (voice of customer) and do RCA of the product
  • Listening to calls to deep dive in specific products to understand RCA
  • Making calls to customers and take first hand information about the complaints
  • Analysis of the product damage & probable reasons
  • Coordinating with vendors, merchandising for implementation of POA to reduce returns
  • Preparing report & sharing inputs for improvements.
  • Creating FAQ for products with help of QA team

Experience :

  • Having experience in analysis of complaints of products in category like apparels, sarees & Electronics, home & kitchen, Health, cosmetics, etc
  • Person having experience from similar industry or retail industry

Additional comments :

  • Innovative, ability to solve problems on hand, create novel solutions to problems, evaluate new technology as potential solutions to existing problems
