Job Description:
One Point One Solutions is hiring Sales Executives for its outbound calling processes in Axis Bank Collection Process and SBI Life Sales Process, based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The role involves engaging with customers over calls and ensuring high conversion and collection rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for collections or sales.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
Meet daily and monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer interaction and service.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience are welcome.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 17,000 In-Hand | 30,000 CTC
Perks: Free Pick & Drop facility from Koparkhairane Station to Office and back.
