Job Summary
Role
- We provides counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling student counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.
- Assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers.
- Responsibility to handle outbound calls, cold calling, timely follow ups.
- Coordinate with students for admission, re-admission, and other activities.
- Generating references from the students.
- Follow ups and closing the enquiry into admissions.
- Should be active and capable to take initiative
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - 3 Year skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Ghaziabad
Required - Good command over English, Hindi
