Job Summary The Organizationis a fully owned subsidiary of a Japanese multinational, engaged in a wide range of human resource businesses in Japan, with its main business being the complete hiring solutions of engineers for the manufacturing industry.The company's s product provides AI-powered services that are focused on STEM/ mechanical and electrical engineers.By offering five services grounded in this technology, we provide support in a precise and efficient manner for personnel strategy entailing the hiring, reassignment, and development of mechanical and electrical engineers.
Job Responsibilities:

You will be leveraging our AI/ML based student management product/University hiring platforms to universities (especially placement cells) in India and will thus need to search for and negotiate with universities with whom we can collaborate. Your responsibilities will include finding universities who will onboard our service, managing university accounts and problem solving in conjunction with the development team once the universities have been onboarded.





Requirements

Required Skill & Experience:

Requirement

1-5 years of working experience at an ERP company catering to Universities/Educational institutions

Strong interest and commitment to our business

Preferred Requirement

Background in Computer Sciences/Engineering
