About Role

  • To play the role of a curator, builder, developer, and problem solver from a technology perspective for a highly evolving and dynamic healthcare technology company with existing operations across Healthcare B2B products and Services.
  • To be the internal solutions provider to the company as a whole and be the technology partner for the execution of business plans leading to sustained and defendable competitive advantage in a highly scaled global operation of diagnostic systems, diagnostic consumables, medical devices, and vaccinations.
  • Ability to recruit and lead a high-quality team of external and internal tech talent.
  • Ability to develop and retain talent across development, design, UI, UX, Server side technology, data security, system architecture, enterprise resource planning, diagnostic device integrations, Instrumentation operating engineering, IT compliance, and Digital platforms.

Requirements/Desired Skills

  • Fully up to date with Digital, Deep-tech, AI, ML, and Enterprise technology and a lifelong learner
  • 10+ years of technology experience preferably involving software and enterprise system in healthcare services and healthcare products.

Education

  • Post Graduate Qualifications across Computer Science/IT/Business
    IT/Technology Product/Engineering/STEM qualifications
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
