Influences customers to avail services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information. Completes loan forms by recording names, addresses, and details. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Good verbal and written communication Skills. Able to build rapport over the phone. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Be a team player with positive approach. Good keyboard skills and well versed with MS-Office. Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.
