Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell home loan products to potential customers

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling

- Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers to determine eligibility for home loans

- Provide accurate information about loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions to customers

- Guide customers through the application process and assist with necessary documentation

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role in the banking or financial services industry

- Knowledge of home loan products, lending procedures, and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
