Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and creative technical lead to join our company. As
the technical lead, you will supervise the company s technical team and all
projects they accept, evaluate briefs, write progress reports, recognize risks, and
maintain work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and
motivate them to attain their goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Guide the team and the engagement with the help of your prior
    experience and skills.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on the website, app, and internal product
    planning and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and
    developments.
  • Provide technical guidance in the end-to-end design, development, and
    testing of solutions
  • Manage and identify any issues related to the development: technical
    difficulty or team management & get all issues resolved by cooperating
    with other technical experts or if required by any other department for the
    same
  • Work together with internal resources and third
    parties/consultants/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Tracking the status of the team's work and assure deliverables are
    produced on agreed schedules in coordination with the other stakeholders
  • Supervise project risk identification and mitigation action planning
  • Conduct and manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Construct and develop a proper communication channel among all the
    stakeholders and report and amplify the same to management as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Graduated in IT or computer science engineering or related field
  • Relevant Management certification would be an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role would add an advantage.
  • Proficient technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Impressive leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Have an experience of min. 4 years.
  • Desire to build professional relationships with team and clients.
  • Proficient communication skills, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
