Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY-

We are expecting a project manager to be responsible for handling our company s
ongoing projects. you may be working closely with your team members to
confirm that each projects requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on course.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to create sure that each party
    is on course with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to spot and resolve issues.
  • Comply with project deliverables and verify that they adhere to quality
    standards.
  • Compose status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant
    information.
  • Initiate effective project communication plans and ensuring their
    execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to make sure that each party is informed of the
    impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating the event of user manuals, training materials, and other documents
    pro re nata to enable successful implementation and turnover of the method or
    system to the clients.
  • Identifying and flourishing new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Assure customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Supervise post-project evaluation and determine successful and unsuccessful
    project elements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor s degree or degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be added an
    advantage.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to steer project teams of varied sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP
    project manager.
  • Able to complete projects in an exceedingly timely manner.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Have 3 years of experience in a related field
