Head Of Sales Job in Mutterfly
Job Summary
Design and implement a strategic plan for expanding Mutterfly's B2B segment. Build a sales team and set up a playbook to help the team achieve their targets. Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to identify and execute new business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships with the focus of translating these into higher ARR.
Mutterfly is one of India s leading tech rental startups that is disrupting the way Indians look at ownership. As part of our next stage of growth, we are looking to on-board a Head of Sales to help us accelerate our B2B/B2C partnerships. The team member will be an integral part of the founding team and will closely work with the Founder in taking the company towards its next milestone.
Key responsibilities:
Our Ideal team member would have
- 4+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience as a sales lead or sales director.
- A strong proven track record in B2B sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for sales.
