Job Description:
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our product or service.
- Answer questions about our products or the company.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update the customer information in the system.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information and report the leads data to the seniors regularly.
Package: 100000 to 300000 PA (Fixed + Variables)
