Job Summary
- Searching for experienced / Certified Trainers for Online and Corporate Certification Training programs for professionals and students
- To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements
- To carry out the negotiation with the candidate
- To maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition
- To maintain a cordial relationship with the assigned vertical stakeholders
- End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing.
- Screening: shortlisting candidates sourced through the portal (Naukri and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and ability to deliver the training.
- Closing the required profile under the defined time-frame
- 2-3 strong back-ups mandatory search
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Hiring Freelancer Trainer/Contractual/Full-time employees on different technologies
