E Civil. ME in Environmental Engineering / Science or equivalent is preferable. Having experience in 15 to 20 years of Exp in Environment Management plan, for Road sector projects. 5 yrs of exp. in WORLD BANK, ADB, JICA,etc, for Road Projects. Candidate must have full knowledge of the ADB guidelines procedures and operational policies/directives.
