Education :
- Minimum graduation in any stream.
Work Experience :
- 1-5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Daily Sales Calls as per plan shared by the sales head.
- Generate customer leads.
- Lead conversion to Sales.
- Collect relevant data pointsdocuments for credit assessment from the customers.
- Monthly Sales Target achievement.
- Cross selling of other products to MSME customers.
- Adhere lending norms and integrity in customer transactions.
- Soft bucket collection responsibility.
- Active participation in BTL activities.
- Basis the profile of the customer, understand and explore the cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements :
- Understanding the sales credit process of Microsmall MSME loans.
- Basic understanding on Balance Sheet, PL.
- Need to be a Team player Ability to work stretchMulti-Tasking Environment.
- Effective Communication ability at different levels. Adaptable to complex Work environments live Organizational values.
