- Job Description:
- Client software developer (.NET Framework) with 7+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of User Interface design, Unit-Testing, Web API consumption, SQL Server database, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong Analytical, Troubleshooting, and Teamwork skills.
- Ability to work from requirements, rather than a fully-detailed specification.
- Role:
- Accept assigned Work Items from Project Manager, via Azure DevOps, and implement Work Items in an Agile methodology, within 2-3-week sprints.
- Provide reviews, advice, and consultation to other developers, while accepting the same from them.
- Follow development procedures and guidelines established by company and project team, including standard code practices, unit testing requirements, and peer code reviews.
- Primary tasks:
- Client user interface development (C#, using .NET Framework 4.8 to start).
- Web API development and consumption for database I/O.
- Organize and display data for end user consumption.
- Expected duration of assignment:
- 2-3 years
- Preferred experience:
- Windows client software development in C#, using .NET Framework 4.8.
- Engineering-related software development, and/or background in an engineering discipline.
- Git-based code management, Agile project methodology, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment), using Azure DevOps.
