Job Summary

Job Title: Project Leader

Qualification: Experience in Strategy Consulting / HR / OD

Reports to: Vice President /Associate Vice President

Function: Consulting Delivery

Location: Gurgaon


Job Description To create a sustainable future for Right Management India, with responsibility for client delivery, client relationship management, business development, and contribution to new product development.


Key Responsibilities: 1. Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity that gets converted. To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions. [25%]

2. To liaise with existing clients in order to maintain and strengthen the connect, resulting in a stronger relationship and repeat business. [15%]

3. To deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Rights expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative way, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews [60%]
