Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new and prospective customers via email and live chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers in configuring the product on their behalf based on their requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues that customers may face while setting up the integration with different CMS or technology platforms
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new product features and customer expectations
  • Assist international customers with their technical queries and build relationships with them.
  • Develop a good understanding of configuration best practices and document the same

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the software/tech industry
  • Hands-on experience with configuring software products
  • Customer-centric orientation with strong and proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic front-end programming skills such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • The willingness and curiosity to learn new environments and develop new skills.
  • Work Hours: 3 pm- 12 am IST (UK shift)
