Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new and prospective customers via email and live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Helping customers in configuring the product on their behalf based on their requirements
- Troubleshoot issues that customers may face while setting up the integration with different CMS or technology platforms
- Learn and adapt quickly to new product features and customer expectations
- Assist international customers with their technical queries and build relationships with them.
- Develop a good understanding of configuration best practices and document the same
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the software/tech industry
- Hands-on experience with configuring software products
- Customer-centric orientation with strong and proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Basic front-end programming skills such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- The willingness and curiosity to learn new environments and develop new skills.
- Work Hours: 3 pm- 12 am IST (UK shift)
