Technical Skills: Install, configure, and upgrade database management systems (DBMS) on Azure Develop firmwide database deployment pipeline via Gitlab Monitor database performance and optimize database processes to ensure maximum efficiency Create and maintain database schemas, tables, and indexes Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks Develop, implement, and maintain database security policies and procedures Create and maintain database backups and disaster recovery plans Design and implement data models and database structures to meet business requirements Troubleshoot database issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly testing, validating, and auditing data Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other IT staff to ensure that database systems are integrated and running smoothly Maintain database access and usage Maintain documentation on database structure, security policies, and processes Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and best practices Good to have design and implementation knowledge on data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions
