Client Acquisition Source candidates as per client s requirement Assess and screen Candidates Use Candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy Headhunting - Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work; Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client; Counselling and coaching candidates for interview Help in negotiating offer Handhold the candidate pre & post his joining. Updating the software with the candidate database. Maintain and update candidate database on Talent Now
