Job Summary
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Research Analyst, your responsibilities include but are not limited to
1. Leading projects from start to end, including scoping requirements, forward planning, monitoring progress against delivery, identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.
2.Fully Accountable to deliver original collaterals including samples, reports, or databases as per required specifications.
3.Present findings in an easy-to-understand way.
4. Working on filling the gaps in findings and analysis generated by interacting with market stakeholders on-field - through telephonic conversations, interviews, surveys, etc.
5.Act as an SME and be confident in communicating and presenting clear implications from data and evidence in a range of formats to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
6. Be able to take ownership of market sizing and forecast data production, quality and reliability
7. Perform quality checks.
8. Working with the team through collective brainstorming sessions, developing new solutions that are subsequently made marketable.
9. Adept at supervising and solving the research problems of research associates/analysts
Primary Skills:
Min (4-6) yrs of experience in a Research Analyst role
Demonstrable track record of carrying out in-depth business or corporate research
Should be a graduate (B.com/ M.com / any finance degree preferred)
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills with a good eye for detail
Good understanding and knowledge of various corporate structures will be an advantage
Should have excellent verbal & written skills
Key Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS-Office Intermediate/Advanced MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word
Knowledge of various data sources and research techniques will be good to have
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
